Inheritance Tips – Unmarried couples

If you die without a Will the law decides who inherits  your assets and some people close to you have no rights to inherit from your estate. A common  example is your unmarried partner. You may have been living together for decades. You may even have children together. It does not matter, your partner will get nothing from your estate. In order to get something he/she will have to go to court.  It is  therefore very important that you make your Will now protect your partner.
