I am Marcela Pierabella and I was born in Argentina, where I attended secondary school in the village of Los Quirquinchos, in the Santa Fe province. I qualified as a Laywer in 1997, obtaining my law degree at the National University of Rosario.
After a brief period of practising as a lawyer in Argentina, I moved to Europe to study a Master in Law in Huelva, Spain. I subsequently studied contemporary law in Brazil before settling in London in 1999, where for over 10 years I worked in welfare and housing law in several organisations including Terrence Higgins Trust and St Hilda’s Community Centre.
While working I further my education by completing a Master in International Development at the London South Bank University, a management course with the Open University in the UK and also attended a paralegal course with HP Paralegal in London.
I later worked in Private Practice in several legal areas including immigration, family and wills & probate, prior to moving with my family to the village of Blakeney, in the Forest of Dean where I founded Forest Wills & Estate Planning Ltd in 2017 after training with the Institute of Professional Will-writers. I qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2021.
I enjoy working with clients offering professional advice in a friendly and relaxed way. I specialise in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney for Health, Property and Businesses, Deputyship Applications at the Court of Protection and Probate and Estate Administration.
I am a STEP Affiliate member and a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and comply with their Code of Practice .
